Fall Kick-Off Breakfast & Celebrate Cheryl on Sept 12th

Been away for the summer?  Get ready to celebrate the beginning of another year at Redeemer by re-connecting with friends old and new at our Fall Kick-Off Breakfast in the Great Hall after the 9:30am service on Sunday Sept 12th.  This year’s breakfast will be extra special because we will also be saying farewell to Cheryl Duerr as she celebrates her last Sunday at Redeemer after more than 10 years as our Music Director.  Please come and help us share with Cheryl all she has meant to the Redeemer community.  We will present Cheryl with a special gift during the 9:30am service.  In addition, this is also the Sunday to register children and youth for Christian Formation.  There will be a sign-up table at the breakfast

What are Rainbow Ribbons about?
You may have noticed people, including clergy, wearing rainbow ribbons around Redeemer recently and wondered why. Rainbow ribbons symbolize that we recognize and celebrate the diversity of gifts of ALL God's people, no matter what their age, skin color, country of origin, sexual orientation, etc. If you would like to know more, ask someone who is wearing one. If you would like a ribbon to wear, you can find them in a basket near the side door the sanctuary
